All in-clinic appointments require at $30 booking fee to confirm an in-person appointment.  If you do not show up for your appointment, the fee is non-refundable.  Upon your arrival for the scheduled appointment, your fee will be refunded before the visit starts.  If you are a cash-pay patient (this does not apply to company paid physicals), the fee can be applied to your appointment balance.

KONCIERGE KAREGIVERS, PLLC Health and Wellness is committed to providing quality, affordable, convenient health care for all of our patients.  Appointments are available on a first-come first-served basis and we make every effort to be available to our patients.  We understand life happens, and appointment cancellations are often inevitable. Our providers and staff seek to be good stewards of our patient's time and we ask that our patients do the same.
 
Arriving Late for Appointments
Telemedicine Appointments - please log in for your appointment at least 10 minutes before your appointment time.  If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule your appointment. See appointment cancellation policy below.
 
In-Person Clinic Appointments - if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule.  You may call the office and attempt to reschedule your appointment for the same day pending availability. See appointment cancellation policy below.
 
Appointment Cancellations
You must cancel your appointment 24 hours before the appointment date and time to avoid a $25 cancellation/no show fee.
 
Same Day Appointment Booking and Cancellations
For your convenience, we do allow same-day appointment booking. If you book and decide you need to cancel the appointment, or you do not show up for your appointment, you will incur a $50 cancellation /no show fee.
